What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs vary by product and fabric, typically starting around 300-500 pieces per color/style for knit basics, with higher MOQs for specialized fabrics or custom-dyed lots. Contact us with your specs for an exact quote.
What are your typical lead times?
For bulk production in black and white, lead time is 4-7 days. For specific color requirements, lead time is 10-15 days.
How does the sampling process work, and what does it cost?
We develop a fit sample within 4-8 days of receiving your tech pack. Sample costs depend on fabric and complexity, contact us with your specs for exact pricing.
What payment terms do you offer?

What sourcing models do you support: FOB, CMT, or ODM?
We support all three: FOB (we source fabric and manage full production), CMT (you supply fabric, we cut-make-trim), and ODM (we develop the design and product from concept).
What shipping terms and incoterms do you work with?
We ship FOB Vietnam port by default, and can also quote CIF or DDP depending on your logistics preference. We coordinate with your freight forwarder or can recommend one.
